We are excited to announce our partnership with Republic, an equity crowdfunding platform that allows accredited and non-accredited investors to invest in startups! The ethos of New Age Capital and Republic is mutually aligned as our missions are to tear down barriers to entry in the startup and investing industry. One of the core beliefs of New Age Capital is to democratize access to information and opportunity. Republic was built to “democratize investing and level out the fundraising landscape for founders and investors. Equalization of the fundraising landscape will allow more talent to have a chance to build companies while creating more investment opportunities for investors.”
The New Age Capital Investor Group is an extension of New Age Capital. The mission of the NAC Investor Group is to provide investment, strong founder support and an engaged community for Black and Latino entrepreneurs solving “real world” problems. Our goals are to consistently endorse successful campaigns, educate group members on startups, angel investing, and venture capital, leverage the Republic community to assist founders in growing their companies by investors sharing their expertise and networks, and grow the investor group to 2500+ members.
